Southeast Landscape Pests

Home

About the Project

Landscape Pests is intended to support the diagnosis and information content for common insect and mite pests found in Florida and elsewhere in the Southeastern United States. Search for pests using menus based on Plant host, Damage symptom, or Common name or Scientific name.

This website will continue development to expand the numbers of pests and search capability. We appreciate user feedback; please report errors, omissions and suggestions for improvements to Steven Arthurs, Amanda Hodges, and Jiannong Xin.

The project is a collaboration between the Center for Landscape Conservation and Ecology, UF/IFAS Office of Information Technology, National Plant Diagnostic Network (NPDN) First Detector Program, Southern Plant Diagnostic Network (SPDN) Regional Center, Protect U.S., the Community Invasive Species Network, and UF/IFAS Distance Diagnostics and Identification System (DDIS).
